Returns

All sales are final. In the event that a MV MONSTER module doesn’t perform according to published specifications, a store credit will be issued for the full amount. In order to be eligible for a store credit, MV MONSTER must be contacted within 7 days of purchase. If you do not want a store credit for the full amount, we can credit your card (or Paypal account) but there will be a 10% restocking fee. All custom services are provided on a time basis and are not refundable.
